Sodom and Gomorrah

There were two cities on the plain.
Sodom and Gomorrah.
Because of sin they’d be destroyed
And plagued with fire from heav’n.

Abraham had begged of God
To spare the faithful one.
But only Lot had served the Lord,
So only his fam’ly was saved.

.
God told them not to look behind
And see His wrath rain down.
Lot’s wife looked back and disobeyed.
She became a pillar of salt.

.
Obey the Lord and do His will
And serve Him faithfully.
Then God will take good care of you
Each and every day.
